I love it! And I've had so many compliments! With the different colour shells underneath it you can coordinate with your outfit. A great quality piece of sensor jewellery and such a fabulous idea! I can't wait to see future designs!

The concept is so cool and the armor looks great but there's definitely some teething problems. I can't put it on or take it off by myself and you have to press so hard to make the armor click to your device that it hurts.

Getting the armor off is a nightmare, the shells are too soft so the little screw driver stretches the removal tool hole, scrapes the removal slot and causes dents in the shell. Pretty sure I've stretched the actual armor trying to get it off the shells as well.

Looks great, when I did order it I ordered a black case but ended up getting a white one which was a shame, other then that it’s great definitely stands out a lot more

I think the idea and the design behind the armour is great. Since arriving I have had it on with the sticker and had no problems. It makes it look so much better than just having a white circle on your arm. If you don’t like the current designs just wait until more will drop as I’m sure the ones coming will be just as good if not better.

it's really lovely aesthetically, practically it makes it a lot more susceptible to being caught on a door frame etc, so worn sparingly instead of everyday as I've already wasted a couple of sensors from having the extra weight / edge to my regular sensor.

I am unfortunately very disappointed with my Diabetic Armour. While I absolutely love the design and the concept behind it, the quality and functionality of the product I received do not seem to match the price.

The instructions are clear, but unfortunately the process of removing the armour from the shell is extremely difficult. I followed the instructions carefully, yet I have already scuffed both of my shells within the first day of receiving the package. The armour itself also bent when I tried to remove it from the shell.

There is also an issue when putting the armour and shell onto my sensor. I have to push the sensor into my arm with considerable force in order to get everything into place, which is painful and makes me uncomfortable using the product. I don't feel that I should have to apply that much pressure to my sensor or arm just to put the armour on.

I understand that the armour is meant to be changed between shells, but I cannot do this without considerable force, breaking my nails, and potentially damaging the product every time. This makes the product very difficult and, in some cases, painful for me to use as intended.

I have also noticed that the printed shells are already beginning to come apart on the inside around the rim, despite only having opened the package today.

I really do love the idea and the design, which is why this is especially disappointing. This was a significant purchase for me, and I expected the quality, functionality, and ease of use to reflect the price.

I would therefore like to discuss the possibility of a return and refund. Alternatively, if the issues I am experiencing are not representative of your usual products, I would be happy to consider a replacement that functions as intended.

I want to emphasize that I do understand the instructions and have followed them correctly. The issue is that removing the armour from the shell is extremely difficult, and putting the armour and shell onto my sensor requires enough force that it causes pain and discomfort.

Very good quality, instructions clear although I struggled a bit at first to take it off without ripping off the CGM, and my arm looks 🔥🔥🔥 now

Looks great, not heavy and sensor scans normally. Much easier to remove than I was expecting.
