Very snug fit so no need to worry about your lighter falling out, it is most definitely secured in the lighter case but with that being said I was unable to pull the lighter back out from the top, I’m anticipating, when the lighter needs to be changed, using something to push it out through the bottom. Love it so much tho.
Only critique I would add for future models is perhaps adding something to allow the case to be clipped onto a bag/belt loop

Practically perfect for what it is, good length, design, everything. I think my only gripe would be that the carabiners are just a little too small which can make it slightly difficult to hook it on things, especially because of the spikes getting in the way. Other than that, no issues.
Really perfect, but the attachment doesn’t look very sturdy
